Cocktail Menu

When selecting cocktails for your event we recommend that for up to 75 guests you chose between 10 and 15 cocktails and for over 75 guest you select between 8 and 10 cocktails. This is to speed up the service and help the event run more smoothly.

Vodka based cocktails

Sea Breeze – Vodka mixed served over ice and topped with pineapple and cranberry juice.

Sex on the Beach – Vodka and Peach Schnapps served over ice topped with orange juice.

Moscow Mule – Vodka and lime juice topped with ginger beer with a dash of Angostura’s bitters.

Summer Breeze – Vodka, Peach Schnapps, Southern Comfort and Galliano topped with orange juice.

Comfortable – Vodka, elderflower cordial and lime juice topped with apple and cranberry juice.

Long Island Iced Tea – A mix of Vodka, Rum, Gin, Tequila and Cointreau shaken with lemon and lime juice served over ice and topped with Coke.

Caipiroska – Vodka mulled with lime wedges and brown sugar cane.

Appletini – Vodka, Apple Sours and apple juice shaken and strained into a Martini glass.

Blue lagoon – Vodka, Blue Curacao served over ice and topped with Lemonade.

Harvey Wall Banger – Vodka shaken with Galliano and orange juice served over ice.

Tequila based Cocktails

Tequila Sunrise – Tequila topped with orange juice and grenadine.

Margarita – Tequila, Cointreau, lime and lemon juice are shaken and served in a glass rimmed with salt.

Gin based Cocktails

69 My Way - Gin mixed with muddled lime and lemon juice over crushed ice and topped with lemonade.

Brambel - Gin shaken with Creme de Mure, lemon juice and sugar served over crushed ice.

Vesper Martini - Gin, Vodka and Noilly Prat based on the one included in the James Bond Film Casino Royal.

Apple Blighty Mojito - Lime wedges muddled with brown cane sugar, add Gin and topped with apple juice and soda.

Whiskey based Cocktails

Lynchburg Gingerade - Whisky and lime juice shaken over ice topped with Ginger Beer and a dash of Angostura Bitters.

Mint Julep - Bourbon Whisky, mint and sugar over crushed ice topped with Ginger Beer.

Bloody Matador - Whisky, Brandy, Grand Marnier, marmalade a dash of Grenadine shaken and served over cubed ice with a slice of orange.

Rum & Cachaca based cocktails

Cuba Libra - Havana Rum mixed with lime juice and topped with Coke.

Havana Beach - Havana Rum muddled with lime wedges topped with pineapple juice and Ginger Ale.

Mojito - Rum muddled with lime wedges, brown cane sugar and mint top with Soda.

Caipirinha - Cachcac muddled with lime wedges and brown cane sugar.

Fruit (any) Daiquiri - Rum shaken with fruit puree and lime juice served in a martini glass.

Fruity Mai Tai - Rum, apricot Brandy over ice topped with orange juice and pineapple juice and a dash of grenadine.

Pina Colada - Rum, pinapple, pinapple juice, coconut cream and ice blended together.
